Federation of Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (FISME), India’s largest organisation for MSMEs, collaborated with Friends of MSMEs in Parliament and WeVaad to organise a seminar on ‘Reducing Cost of Litigation for MSMEs’. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister of Law and Justice of India, and the Guest of Honour, Shri Rajendra Agrawal, Hon’ble MP & Convenor, ‘Friends of MSMEs in Parliament’. The seminar was organized with the objective of exploring innovative strategies for mitigating the financial burden of litigation on MSMEs. Esteemed legal experts highlighted challenges to MSME growth, stressing the need for awareness and timely resolution, especially through Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). The seminar emphasised legislative reforms and advocated for ODR mechanisms.
