Arbitration Academia and WeVaad organised a webinar on ‘Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Arbitration’. The panel members included Elizabeth Chan, an arbitrator specialising in international commercial arbitration in Hong Kong, our Co-Founder, Ms. Kritika Sethi and Manager-Partnerships, WeVaad, Ms. Yukta Joshi. The webinar provided insights into varying degrees of technological advancement in arbitration, along with key insights into online dispute resolution in Hong Kong, featuring the HKIAC and eBRAM. Further, the panel members threw light on the emergence of blockchain arbitration and potential use cases for AI bots in dispute resolution.
